EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
The Firm began in 1990, by offering Corporate Law services primarily to for-profit small and medium-sized corporations in the Dayton, Ohio area. The Corporate Law practice quickly expanded to include representation of a variety of nonprofit corporations including churches and community development corporations. In 1994, as additional employees and expertise was acquired, the Firm expanded its practice to include Criminal Law with a concentration on drug crimes and state and federal felonies. In 1998, the firm added representation of employees in employment discrimination and other civil rights cases. 2001 ushered in a further expansion of the Firm’s services to the area of Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice.
The Firm serves a broad range of individuals and corporate and non-profit clients. Our individual clients seek our services in criminal law, employment discrimination, personal injury and medical malpractice. The Firm has provided local representation for major regional corporations and quasi-governmental entities. The Firm has also provided general corporate representation to small enterprises engaged in businesses as diverse as broadcasting, healthcare, energy, real estate development, and education support services. The Firm has extensive experience in assisting churches in organization, development, and construction programs.
